Every company has a story. Ours begins in 1994 when company president Bill Rodger realized that all mechanical & electrical contractors are actually energy efficiency companies. He realized that the best solutions for our clients need to incorporate green practices wherever possible – not just for the sake of the environment, but for the long-term financial viability of our clients as well.

This is why we focus on green energy systems designed to maximize efficiency, comfort and reliability while balancing capital costs and serviceability. 

Our story is simple: we don’t accept the easy answers, we became green builders before it was trendy, and we use energy conservation to save our clients money wherever possible.
